This year, instead of embarking on foot to travel Walk routes in 10 cities across the country, all of our supporters across Canada are undertaking a symbolic Walk together. The act of participating in the Virtual Voyage is a way that we can Walk together on the same route, but from the safety of our own homes. We will travel together from country to country, witnessing stories of hope and progress, and sharing those stories with our friends and family – much in the same way we bring our loved ones to Walk Day! And of course, at our Homecoming Celebration on December 6, this symbolic Walk will culminate in an opportunity to gather together to commemorate our achievements.

As part of the Virtual Voyage campaign, we invite individuals and teams who live outside of the 10 Walk cities to register through the Walk Anywhere option.
Funds donated to the Global Pandemic Relief Fund are used specifically to respond to the effects of COVID-19 in the many communities we serve: providing urgent humanitarian assistance, slowing the virus’s spread, and caring for the sick. While this is important, we continue to be committed to long-term improvements to quality of life in the communities where AKFC operates. Donations to World Partnership Walk allow us to continue the broad, multi-sector work of underwriting transformational change that will help ensure future generations are ready to tackle the world's next great challenges.
